RyceLL Host Terms of Service

Effective Date: 21 August 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the agreement between RyceLL Host, operated under RyceLLCloud (“we”, “us”, or “our”), and you, the customer (“you” or “your”). By using or purchasing any service from rycellhost.net, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Service Activation

  • Orders must be submitted through our official website or portal. Services are activated upon confirmed payment.
  • You may cancel a subscription anytime unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on availability or technical factors.
  • If a product is unavailable, delivery will occur within 8 days or a full refund will be issued.
  • Custom setups are non-refundable due to preparation and provisioning costs.
  • We make all reasonable efforts to maintain adequate stock and service readiness.

2. Hosting and Compute Services

2.1 Acceptable Use

  • Our services must not be used for unlawful or malicious activities, including but not limited to:
    • Launching or aiding DDoS/DoS attacks
    • Hosting or distributing illegal content
    • Infringing copyrights or intellectual property
    • Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive acts
  • Unsolicited bulk messages or spam are strictly prohibited.
  • Operating open proxies, VPN exits, or anonymizing relays without written approval is not allowed.
  • Cryptocurrency mining is not permitted on any RyceLL Host service.

2.2 Security and Compliance

  • You are fully responsible for securing your systems, passwords, and access points.
  • All hosted data and content are your responsibility.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or remove content that violates law or these Terms.

2.3 Data and Backups

  • RyceLL Host is not liable for data loss. You must maintain your own backups.
  • If backups are available, they are retained for up to 60 days before deletion.
  • Data is permanently deleted 3 days after service expiration.

2.4 Resource Usage and Performance

  • VPS plans share CPU and I/O resources; excessive sustained use may result in throttling.
  • Performance may vary depending on slot size and configuration.
  • Dedicated servers remain subject to fair network usage.
  • We may limit abusive activity to maintain stability.

2.5 Network and Abuse Handling

  • We may temporarily filter or block traffic to protect against attacks.
  • Repeated or severe abuse can result in suspension or termination.

2.6 Renewal, Suspension, and Deletion

  • Expired or unpaid services are subject to immediate suspension.
  • Unpaid services are permanently deleted after 3 days.
  • Unavailable products will be fulfilled or refunded within 8 days.

2.7 Suspension and Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:
    • Illegal or abusive behavior
    • Policy violations
    • Non-payment or chargebacks
    • Security or system threats
  • No refunds are provided for terminations caused by violations.

2.8 Third-Party Software

  • We only provide infrastructure support.
  • Installation or troubleshooting of third-party scripts, mods, or apps is your responsibility.

3. Support

  • Contact us via Discord or by email at admin@rycellhost.net.
  • Response time is typically within 24 hours.
  • Support covers RyceLL Host services only.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued only as defined in this policy.
  • Issues due to customer misconfiguration or lack of experience are not refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days if approved.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate suspension and deletion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all hosted files, data, and activity.
  • Illegal content is strictly forbidden and will be removed upon detection.
  • All users must comply with Philippine law, including RA 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act).

6. Force Majeure

RyceLL Host is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or cyberattacks.

7. Credits and Donations

  • Credits are redeemable only on rycellhost.net.
  • For each ₱1 or €1 donated, customers receive 110 credits.
  • Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

8. Data Privacy and Security

  • We collect essential data such as your name, email, IP address, and payment details.
  • Data is processed in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
  • Personal data is used for billing, fraud prevention, and support purposes.
  • You may request access or deletion of your data by emailing admin@rycellhost.net.

9. Updates to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Updates will be announced via our website or Discord channel.
  • Continuing to use our services means you accept the latest version.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  • Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Taguig City, Metro Manila.
